There are some moments in our life which hold our breath and leave a deep impact in us. I had gone through such experiences. Here is one such unforgettable experience in my life.
An Unforgettable Experience in Life ParagraphÂ
Human life is the collection of trail of events. Some experiences are felt with such an intensity that they leave an indelible impression on our mind and can not be forgotten. It was just that type of experience happened a fortnight back when I received an SMS containing the shocking news of my friend Barun’s sudden demise in an accident.
It was a bolt from the blue not only for me but for everybody of my family who knew Barun’s lovable personality. I could not but feel to meet the bereaved parents of Barun at the earliest to offer my condolence and stay with Barun for the last time.
I took my bicycle and pedalled towards the railway station. It looked all dark under the cover of night. I moved on in a pensive and contemplative mood. All the time I was thinking of Barun and his family. His innocent and sincere face flashed across my mind again and again. How cruel are the hands of fate! At last I reached the railway station.
But on reaching there I saw that the train had already left the platform and was moving at a fast speed. I ran after but could not catch it. In a mood of utter disappointment, I asked a porter about the next train. He said, “There won’t be another train till tomorrow dawn.” I was at a loss to understand what to do. I sank on a nearby bench at the station.
The chilling night had brought all the pensive mood and Barun’s loving memory. I only looked and looked the signal lights which were often fainted with the tears of my eyes. I only waited for the first train to come. In the faint light and shadow I passed a sleepless night.Â
