Sub: Application for Sanctioning Education Loan

Sir,

This is to state that I, undersigned writing this letter to apply for the education loan of Rs 5 lakhs under study loan scheme to pursue my higher education in the field of Mechanical Engineering stream.

Drawing your kind attention, I intend to state that I have already passed Higher Secondary Examination with 89% marks in Science and have ranked 753 in All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) in this year. I have been selected for Mechanical Engineering stream in XYZ College to pursue my higher education.

I require badly an education loan of Rs 5 lakhs to meet expenses to be incurred in connection with the fulfilment of education. But I am coming from a middle class poor family and the expenditure of the course is beyond the capability to bear for my family.

Hence I request you to grant me study loan for the period of five years to complete my study. I will be responsible to abide by all rules and regulations and will repay the loan amount along with the interest once I get job at the end of the course.

I am enclosing all the attested photo copies of necessary documents and certificates along with the letter.
